squeeze fine sawdust powder into pellet shape. Final pellet's length can be 3-8cm, pellet

diameter can be 1-3cm, pellet's density is 1.3-1.5g/cm³; final pellet's calorific value is about

volume, resistance to burning, easy to be transported. Final pellet size is only about 1/30

Step 1---Crushing process – Hammer mill

The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 1-5mm. Thus if your material's

diameter exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small

Step 2----Drying process – Rotary Dryer

The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. Our rotary dryer is made up of

burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and biomass

material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. The rotary dryer uses steam

to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for

wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture

Step 3----Pelletizing pocess -Wood pellet mill

Wood pellet mill is the most important part of the whole production line, it has reliable running

performance . It is special designed for compacting of wood, straw, and other biomass source

Step 4----Cooling process - Pellet cooling machine

Usually after pelletizing, the temperature of wood pellets is between 60-80 degrees and the 

moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purposes, a cooler must be used to reduce their

Step 5----Packing process - Pellet packing machine

After cooling process, the wood pellets will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding

the wood pellet affected with damp, the packing process is very necessary. The packing
